Mental health is a very difficult topic to discuss, but one of my favourites. It’s very close to my heart and like many others I battle with constantly.

Mental Health – Daily

As I opened my curtains this morning, I was greeted with the grey skies of a traditional English day. A chilling breeze swept in from my open windows, as I pulled my jumper tighter around me. Yes. This is the weather I've been waiting for. As the days turn dark, it's time to start taking care of your mental wellbeing again. That's why I've decided to share with you some of the things that I do every day to help combat the effects of my mental health conditions.
